About two years ago, after a referral from a friend we contacted the Brady Sandahl Real Estate Group. We met with Brady, and were very impressed. We were not ready to purchase in Palm Springs, right then. Two years passed, and we were ready to move to the Palm Springs area. We again contacted the Brady Sandahl Group, and they paired us with a wonderful realtor in his group named Mark Merkle. Mark took charge and began sending us listings. We drove from San Francisco to Palm Springs and almost immediately put in an offer on a home. Like many, our offer was not accepted. A day passed, and then a new listing hit that was perfect. Mark got us an appointment early that same day. We put in an offer within two hours of seeing the home, and Mark immediately submitted the offer. The Palm Springs real estate market was very tight in Spring/Summer ‘21, but we really wanted to make a move from Condo to a house.
